REFUND POLICY:

Registration fees will be refunded in full, prior to May 9th, and one-half (1/2) after May 9th. There will be no refunds after May 22nd. All fees must be paid by May 15th, or your child will not participate in the first swim meet.

TEAM SUIT:

This will be the first year of our new suit. The team suit is recommended but not required for participation. Our team colors are red and black. It is best to save team suits for meets, and wear another one-piece suit for practices. You will find a picture of the team suit on the home page of the web site.

COACH LIAISON POLICY:

The coaching staff is selected and hired by the Lexington Woods Swim Team (LWST) Board. A coaching liaison has been established to work with the coaches. All questions and concerns regarding coaching procedures will be handled through the coach liaison, Cindi Blackmon. You can contact her at
